Hi! I’m Eric.
I am a pastor. In the course of leading Bible studies, I have observed inconsistencies in traditional Christian beliefs and teachings. Consequently, I embarked on a journey of in-depth study of the Scriptures. By the grace of God, liberated by the truths of the Word of God, I now conduct ministry independently, teaching the Word of God—unlearning tradition.
At the dawn of Christianity, after the Pentecost (as documented in Acts 2), evangelism was conducted orally. The New Testament Bible had not yet been written. Do you know that the gospels were written much later, after some of Paul’s letters to the churches? Why was this the case?
Most ministries today concentrate on the “hows” of reaching out to more people and conducting Bible studies. They neglect to address the “whats” and “whys” of the Bible’s teachings. For instance, they fail to understand the true teachings of the Bible, the meanings behind Paul and Peter’s words, and the prevailing circumstances that led to the writing of the New Testament letters and Gospels.
The significance of Bible study lies in understanding the context in which the New Testament Writings were composed. This provides a comprehensive overview of prevailing circumstances during First-Century Christianity. With this knowledge, Christians today can learn from the past and strive for improvement. As the saying goes, “If we haven’t learned from history, then history is bound to be repeated.”
Our Bible study ministry strives to equip, educate, and challenge prevailing thoughts, aligning them with biblical truths. All our Bible studies are conducted online, eliminating the barrier of distance. However, the key to our ministry lies in commitment to learning. We don’t charge or collect money; instead, we practice free-will giving. If you’re committed to your spiritual well-being and growth, click on the link below and connect with us.
